The Pelican Park Skate Park features 30,000 square feet of rideable terrain designed for all skill levels. This facility is a renovation and expansion of the original 10,000 sq. ft. space and was completed in March 2026.
As the second largest in the state and the first to feature a concrete pump track, the facility includes a street plaza, bowl, and pump track. Amenities consist of upgraded lighting for nighttime use, a water bottle refill station, shade structures and dedicated spectator seating areas. There is something in this design for everyone, from 30-year veteran skateboarders to toddlers on strider bikes.
The skate park is free and open to the public. This is a “skate at your own risk” facility and will not have staff on-site during regular hours of operation. Because there is no formal supervision, all participants are strongly encouraged to wear appropriate safety gear and follow posted park rules to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
