The focus of pilates is to build a strong core, specifically in those areas supporting the spine and abdomen. Posture, core strength and flexibility can be expected to improve with each class. The results should leave you feeling physically and mentally strengthened, balanced and renewed. Bring a yoga mat and/or beach towel and dress comfortably.
