Pelican Park is proud to present a instructional camp/League for our 5 & 6 year old football players. This camp/League will be geared to teaching tackle football fundamentals at an early age in a NON-COMPETITIVE environment.

o Registration Fee includes cost of uniform jersey, socks, helmet decals/stripe, secondary medical insurance and participation awards
o Age of Date July 1, 2012 (must be 5, No exceptions)
o Clinic dates will be September 4th, 6th, 11th and 13th 2012- First two weeks will be clinic to help not only the players but the coaches to learn the proper football practice drills.
o Starting 9/18 there will be two -1 hr practices a week of which one practice will be clinic style (Tuesdays) and one will be an independent team practice (Thursdays)
o Teams will be announced and uniforms handed on 9/18 – there must be enough players to create 4 teams or this will remain a clinic for the remainder of the session.
o A 5 just for fun game/scrimmage season. This is where the players will learn how to interact in game situations. The teams will have 10 plays or score to change the ball over.
o Just for fun games/ scrimmages start on September 22nd
o All players will learn all positions. Weight limit of 75 lbs to play a skills position.
o No Evaluations
o No officials
o No Scores or records kept

ATTENTION PARENTS:
DO NOT BUY ANY EQUIPMENT UNTIL NOTIFIED BY THE PARK THAT THIS LEAGUE WILL BE HELD.

**Registrants must provide a helmet, practice jersey or big t-shirt, shoulder & leg pads, cleats, and pants. An estimated purchase cost for all equipment is between $150.00 - $200.00 depending on the store and the quality of equipment **
